GENERAL TERMS
1. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION
1.1. A valid foreign passport with a validity period of not less than 6 months on the date of return from the trip;
1.2. Personal card;
1.3. For children under 18, traveling alone or with one of the parents - a notarized declaration from both parents that they agree to their child traveling abroad, with the notary's phone number. A copy of the declaration should be presented at the agent's office no later than 5 working days before the departure date. The original declaration should be carried during the excursion.
If these conditions are not fulfilled, the agency is not responsible and all inconveniences and damages caused by this are at the expense of the victims.
2. REGISTRATION, TERMS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

2.2. METHOD OF PAYMENT - Payment can be made in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer.
2.2. A deposit of 30% per person of the total value of the travel package for air, bus and individual travel. A reservation is made only after the deposit has been paid.
2.3. The balance in the amount of 70% is paid at least 16 /sixteen/ days before the departure date.
2.4. In the event that the amount is not paid within the specified period, the reservation is canceled and the deposit remains in favor of the TOUR OPERATOR.
2.5. The reservation is considered valid only if it is reconfirmed by the TOUR OPERATOR within 3 working days.
2.6. The information provided in the offices of the TOUR OPERATOR is authoritative and is used with priority over that from other information sources / internet, advertising brochures, radio, TV. shows etc/.
3. EARLY RESERVATIONS:
3.1. Reservations under the early booking system are made by paying 100% /the entire value of the package/ at the time of booking, and the USER does not have the right to change the names, the hotel and the date of travel. The terms of chapter 4 are not valid for bookings under this system. Cancellations in this case are entirely at the expense of the USER and the penalty is 100% /the entire value of the package price/.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES, VISA REGIME AND INSURANCE:
4.1. The TOUR OPERATOR undertakes the obligation to prepare, provide and carry out the tourist trip, and the USER, in turn, is obliged to provide full assistance by providing the necessary documents for the trip.
4.2. The TOUR OPERATOR does not guarantee the receipt of a visa in countries with a visa regime. The USER is responsible for the regularity, validity and correct layout of his/her foreign passport. USERS who have passports other than Bulgarian are obliged to find out what the visa regime is in the country they want to visit through Bulgaria.
4 .3. The USER is obliged to pay for the additional services he uses that are not included in the price of the tourist trip.
4.4. Every USER traveling with children under the age of 18, whose parents or one of them does not accompany them, is obliged to have a notarized statement from the absent parent(s) for permission for the child to travel abroad. 4.5. The TOUR OPERATOR carries out the accommodation in the corresponding vehicle according to the order of registration and reserves the right to change the USER's seats in order to accommodate mothers with children, pregnant women, the elderly and other objective reasons.
4.6. The TOUR OPERATOR may change the total price of the tourist trip in cases where:
4.6.1. there is a change in the value of transport costs;
4.6.2. there is a change in fuel prices;
4.6.3. there is a change in the amount of fees related to services from the contract such as airport, port, ferry fees and others;
4.6.4. there is a change in exchange rates relating to the contract by more than 5% in the period between its conclusion and the
departure date.
4.7. The TOUR OPERATOR provides medical insurance for the USER departing outside the Republic of Bulgaria, which is included in the price of the tour package and is valid for the period specified in the contract. The USER can obtain detailed information about the type of insurance from the insurance policy provided to him.
4.8. In cases where the contract is concluded through a TRAVEL AGENT, for information, contacts, as well as in the event of any problems and complaints, the USER refers first to the TRAVEL AGENT and only if it is impossible to resolve them, to the TOUR OPERATOR.
4.9. Contracts signed and concluded between the TOUR OPERATOR and persons representing travelers are valid with the same force and rights.
5. CONDITIONS FOR CHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF THE TOURIST TRIP:
5.1. In the peak period of the tourist season, the TOUR OPERATOR may replace the hotel with one of the same or higher category in the same resort without changing the total price paid by the USER.
5.2. In case the USER decides to change hotels, destinations, dates and/or mode of transport at his own will, he owes the following penalties from the full amount of the travel package:
5.2.1. the deadline for changes without incurring penalties is 40 days before the departure date;
5.2.2. 30% of the total price of the trip if the change is made from 39 to 25 days before the departure date;
5.2.3. 70% of the total cost of the trip if the change is made from 24 to 15 days before the departure date;
5.2.4. 100% of the total cost of the trip if the change is made 12 or less days before the departure date.
5.3. In the absence of a minimum number of participants /if such is indicated in the relevant offer/ the USER is offered an individual trip for an additional fee, reorientation for another group, route, date, etc. within 14 days before the departure date. With the same notice period, the TOUR OPERATOR has the right to cancel the trip in full, refunding the entire amount to the USER without paying penalties and/or compensation.
6. PENALTIES AND PROPERTY LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES:
6.1. The deadline in which the USER can withdraw from the contract /cancellation/ without paying a penalty is 40 days before the date of the trip.
6.2. In case of refusal of the USER from the TA for reasons that are not related to non-fulfillment of the TOUR OPERATOR's obligations and after the period under item 5.1. , the USER owes the TOUR OPERATOR penalties in the amount of:
6.2.1. 30% of the total price of the trip if the cancellation is made from 39 to 25 days before the departure date;
6.2.2. 70% of the total price of the trip if the cancellation is made from 24 to 15 days before the departure date;
6.2.3. 100% of the total cost of the trip if the cancellation is made 14 or less days before the departure date;
6.2.4. In case of cancellation of the trip due to illness or other personal reasons related to the USER, he loses the sums paid to the TOUR OPERATOR in accordance with the terms of cancellation and in the amounts according to item 5.1., item 5.2.1., item 5.2.2. etc. 5.2.3. respectively owes payment of these amounts in the event that he has not paid them;
6.3. If the border services refuse to allow the USER to enter or leave the respective country, the TOUR OPERATOR is not responsible and does not owe a refund of the amount paid for the tourist trip;
6.4. The USER, with the consent of the TOUR OPERATOR, may transfer his rights and obligations under this contract to a third party who meets all the requirements for carrying out the trip after notifying the TOUR OPERATOR in advance no later than 10 /ten/ days before the departure date;
6.5. The USER who transfers his rights and obligations and the person to whom the trip is transferred are jointly and severally liable to the TOUR OPERATOR for paying the total price under the contract and the expenses related to the transfer;
6.6. The TOUR OPERATOR is not responsible for changes by the airport regarding the time, duration of the flight and the type of aircraft;
6.7. In case of force majeure, if it is recognized as such by the receiving company-contractor of the TOUR OPERATOR and the CARRIER and they reimburse the TOUR OPERATOR the amounts paid for the relevant tourist trip, after the actual receipt of the amounts in the accounts of the TOUR OPERATOR, he undertakes to reimburse them to the USER .
6.8. The TOUR OPERATOR reserves the right to change the carrier with another carrier for reasons that make it impossible or inexpedient for the carrier specified in the contract to fulfill its obligations, notifying the USER of this in an optimal period, before the departure date.
6.9. The TOUR OPERATOR reserves the right to change the time of departure in the event of a change of carrier or the occurrence of other objective reasons that require this, by notifying the USER in a timely manner.
6.9.1. The TOUR OPERATOR is not responsible for changing the date, time or cancellation of the flight due to weather or force majeure circumstances.
6.9.2. The TOUR OPERATOR bears no responsibility in case of delay, change or non-operation of a flight operated by low-cost airlines, of which the USER is known in advance.
7. COMPLAINTS:
7.1. In cases of inaccurate performance of the contract, established during the trip or stay, the USER is obliged to immediately notify and familiarize the local tour operator-host with the problem. Complaints are made in writing and are accepted up to 7 days after the end of the trip.
7.2. The complaint is only valid if it is accompanied by a tripartite protocol drawn up and signed by the USER, the HOTEL OPERATOR/TRANSPORTER and the foreign TOUR OPERATOR who welcomed the USER.

8. AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS:
8.1. This contract can be amended, supplemented or canceled only with bilateral written annexes and in compliance with the Law on Tourism.
8.2. The provisions of the Law on Tourism, the Commercial Law shall apply to unsettled clauses of the contract , the Law on Obligations and Contracts and other current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
